Pro Boxing Manager

Pro Boxing Manager is a work in progress. 

The latest demo allows you to spectate as many matches as you like but you can't actually interact/play the game yet. Boxer stats are randomised before every match. In the final game you won't be able to see your boxer's stats or those of his opponent during a round but you can in the demo. Click anywhere to toggle them on/off. (This isn't working on touch devices at the moment, for reasons that escape me.)

The point of the demo is to demonstrate how a boxer's attributes affect the way he fights and his probable success in the ring.

The boxers' attributes work like this:

Strength dictates how much damage a punch will inflict and also helps with recovering Stamina between rounds and after a KO. Getting up after a KO costs a boxer in Strength.
Stamina is an indicator of how much damage a boxer can endure before he's knocked down. It's restored (sometimes) between rounds. The less Stamina a boxer has, the slower he moves around the ring.
Skill is used to calculate how often a boxer can land a punch (compared to his opponent's skill). Punches to the head deal more damage than punches to the body (and score more points too). Skill can be reduced by injuries.

The boxer sprites are some cheap (but quite good) animations that I paid for. The other graphics are AI-generated at the moment. If you're an artist and you'd like to help out, please get in touch.
